Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING currently offers standard shipping for all orders in the United States through United States Postal Service (SUSPS), excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. 

The following shipping & handling charges apply: 

USPS: First Class Mail: $10 for 1 product
USPS: First Class Mail: $15  for 2 products
USPS: First Class Mail: $20  for 3 products
USPS: Priority Mail: $25 for 4 & more products

Currently, only ships to the above locations. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take additional fees & time for delivery and are not guaranteed delivery times. Inquire

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). All orders processed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day and shipped out that day, based on product availability. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All orders are subject to bank authorization before processing and only authorized and approved purchases will be shipped. Once an order is processed, purchases sent via standard (ground) shipping takes approximately 1-6 business days based on the destination.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed with USPS Priority Mail service for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  

Please be advised for security purposes, all package deliveries will require a signature. cannot accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items once delivered. 

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes or outside the United States.

These items are not immediately available for shipping but can be purchased online through invite two to three weeks before the public release. 

These items can be pre-ordered to secure them once they become available. Payment will be reserved when or shortly after your order is placed and your credit card will only be charged for pre-order reservations at the time of shipment. 

Delivery times will be communicated to you before you place your order and again when you receive an order confirmation. 

You may cancel your order at any time up to the item’s dispatch. Our usual return conditions apply.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 30 days of purchase. Only items purchased on (USA) with valid and accompanying order information may be accepted for return. Final sale items may not be returned. 

Please note that if you have redeemed a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with your qualifying items otherwise your return will not be accepted.

Please send an email to requesting a refund. Repack the merchandise in the original packaging and enclose a copy of your receipt emailed at the time of purchase. Packages must be returned using an insured method. Sorry, we are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries.

Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of the package for processing and transit time for return packages. The client is responsible for return shipping.
